As usual, I’m browsing the internet not looking for anything in particular when I stumble across a trending topic that read internet addiction….. Now, it caught my attention for more than one reason. I like to think of myself as a very self aware individual so sometimes, I find that I ask myself certain questions and the thought has crossed my mind if whether or not I have an addiction to the internet. If I’m being honest, I think in some way we all do. Especially with the ever evolving phenomena that is technology. However, according to an article by foxnews.com Internet addictions have similar effects to the brain as being addicted to alcohol or drugs… I find this extremely interesting and of course felt the need to blog about it. So enough of what I think and how interesting I find this I’ll let you read it for yourself and decide whether or not you should be admitted to Internet Addicts Anonymous!
